The arena place has much to offer essentially located and is an entirely different experience. The community feel here as the atmosphere and the staff is on point. I would like to give a particular shout out to Cassie she goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone feels welcome. It is a privilege to be a part of this community.

Arena Place is great for anyone who wants to live in that downtown atmosphere. The apartments are spacious, keep the noise level from outside to a minimum, and the staff is top notch. The onsite gym is great and the events that the complex puts on really makes you feel apart of the community.

I chose to live at Arena Place Apartments due to the convenient downtown location, access to vast restaurants and events and modern facilities. My apartment is spacious and offers amazing views of the city. The weight room offers both cardio and weight lifting equipment and the staff members are knowledgeable and always eager to help. So happy I chose Arena Place!

I recently had a couple of things fixed in my apartment. Aaron was friendly and efficient. He did a great job. Very happy.

I have lived at arena place for 5 months now and have very much enjoyed my time there. All of the office staff are always friendly and accommodating when you enter the building. The location is perfect for me and there is never any outside noise in my apartment. I highly recommend this place.

Living here is absolutely amazing! Located right in the heart of the city, you're literally within a few minutes (walking distance!) away from everything! From the arena, to businesses; from restaurants, to the nightclubs....everything is at your fingertips! Couple that with a modern and luxurious living space, fitness center, complimentary beverages, and a staff (shout out to Jarred and Ashley!) that know you by name and make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door, Arena Place Apartments truly is the definition of modern luxury living!
